Help - I've fallen
I did get up - but Ms.Bee is starting to get a complex............this is the 3rd? wait 4th? Hmmm - I don't know I've lost count - but Ms. Bee has fallen alot the last few years! I hereby officially conclude - I AM NOT A WEEBLE! I wabble and DO FALL DOWN!
Today - Ms. Bee decided to stop at her local grocer in the town in which she works - Ms. Bee only needed a few items - while coming out of the store and almost to the car Ms.Bee's foot came upon a pile of GOOP - you know that goopy stuff they use to seal the cracks in the asphalt - except I am thinking my 8 year old and his friends might have been on the job the day it was done because it looked like a topped off cupcake! Ms.Bee's foot found the goop and she took a header and hit her knees, her hands, her chin, her mouth and hurt her already hurt elbow! And let us know forget our hurt pride shall we? Ms. Bee did have someone come to her rescue - he was not however Tom Brady or Superman - he was however a very nice man and I graciously thanked him several times and assured him I was ok................then Ms. Bee came home and poured herself a drink!
Now Ms.Bee is in bed stiffer than stiff (and no not from the booze) - turning black and blue by the second...................Ms.Bee needs suction cups on the botton of her feet! The End............

More random observations from the 'burbs........
Well in case you haven't heard - my sister Meg and her bloggy BFF The Zadge hit Blogher San Diego last weekend - they were supposed to be learning blogging tools to better their blogs - but instead they were out having many libations with various people - which is why I decided to stay home this year.......because you all know Ms.Bee would not have wanted to be a part of any of that carousing and drinking until all hours! Geez girls do you really think I want to do that in NYC with you next year?
Did you hear that Kate Middleton AKA The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted in a sweater she had already been spotted in? It's true! Can you believe that someone actually wears a sweater more than once? And she's royalty and all - it's hard to imagine someone with common sense! AND to add further insult she wore a dress to Will's cousins wedding that she had worn before! AW God!
School is 2 weeks away - Ms.Bee cannot wait! She's had enough of teenagers laying around doing nothing and little boys wearing the same set of cloths for more than 1 day! She's had enough of staying up late and talking until Ms.Bee had to take herself to bed to get some quiet - enough children - get your arses to school! NOW! Although Ms.Bee is slowing coming to the realization that her oldest will be graduating from high school next spring and will have to make some tough decisions - he spent the last week with his girlsfriends Marine Brother and co at Camp Lejeune and appears to have had a really fine time............I hope he didn't get any ideas about being a Mar...............oh never mind - that would never happen .............that would require bed making and clothing folding.............
This mornings headlines say Sarah Palin was swarmed at the Iowa state fair - I'm hoping it was by bees!
Mitt Romney's wealth is reported to be as high as $250 Million - excuse me Mitt but why the "F" do you want to run for President? I'm sorry there Mitt I just don't see it happening for you either..........
Ms.Bee and the gang are on vacation this week - we've decided to do a little camping in the White Mountains - if it rains one little drop I'm running for the nearest hotel! There will be no repeat of the camp show that happened in Bar Harbor a few years ago where I slept in the car for 3 nights only to wake each morning to beutiful sunshine!

Random Observations from the Suburbs........
That is first and foremost...............Damn I don't like these lazy crazy days of summer............it's just too damn hot to enjoy activity!
Moving on...........I have a sorta old new love.................it's called produce and it can be purchased here........

I pass this famous for many things farm stand every day - twice a day - now mind you there are bigger and better places in the area - what I love about this place is I get to see the vegie's and fruit growing daily - there are acres of stuff here and it just marvels me to watch the stuff grow. I want to stop my car some days and run into the fields and pick till my hearts is content..............I don't know why this is - it just is.
I have been watching nothing but the Food Network lately - there really is nothing on 500 channels of tv.......
Why do people insist on biking and running on days like today? Do they feel the need to be Superman/woman? It's too DAMN HOT out there people - relax and have yourself a cold something!
Ms.Bee was going to take herself and the family to a Cape Ann beach tomorrow but it's too hot! Again......that HOT is messing with my life too much!
If you have never heard of Cape Ann, you probably have and don't know it - It's where the Perfect Storm was filmed - Gloucester MA. However - Ms.Bee does not wish to be a fried clam tomorrow so she will seek cooler actitivites..........she would however love to eat a few fried clams somewhere - once a year I venture to the fried side for a little taste of these babies - nothing like 'em! Except for the stuffed oysters at http://www.flounderschowderhouse.com/ in Pensacola Beach - those are yummy too! This however, would cause me to go where AGAIN it's TOO hot!

Today I joined the Katie Couric Club........
It's true and I'm not afraid to tell you.............my name is Bridget and I had a colonoscopy today. I know I know, it might be too much infomation for some of you but my hope is, like Katie Couric (who had hers done on TV!) - that those of you that may be overdue for this fun little procedure - will get on the phone and dial up your Dr - Pronto! Here are a few statistics that might make you ponder this fun test:
Excluding skin cancers, colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the United States. The American Cancer Society's most recent estimates for the number of colorectal cancer cases in the United States are for 2011:
•101,700 new cases of colon cancer
•39,510 new cases of rectal cancer
Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States when men and women are considered separately, and the second leading cause when both sexes are combined. It is expected to cause about 49,380 deaths during 2011.
The test was a piece of cake - I had the Michael Jackson drug of choice - propofol. Which means - I was out cold! However, the nice thing about propofol is you wake up very easily from it - I walked out of the hospital 2 hours later!
The preparation - well - it wasn't the most pleasant experience but I feel it could have been worse! I spent a few hours running to the ladies room last night - but thankfully I followed Dr's orders - ate light on Tuesday and had nothing but jello and chicken broth yesterday.
My Dr told me I made the right choice given my family history and what not - I did have 1 polyp which was removed and will be biopsied - so given the choice that that little polyp could have sat in me and grown into some kind of cancer - I'm really glad I have checked that box off - and you should too!

Bored
OK - I admit it - I'm bored with the whole blogging thing - Maybe I have ADD and don't feel like blogging? Maybe I'm too tired? Too Lazy? But lately - I just don't feel like blogging..............I find it WORK! I also don't feel like I can attract many people................while I love the friends that do comment - I sometimes feel that they are doing it out of sympathy...............I LOVE reading other blogs - but sometimes just feel like the blogging part is too much work? I love putting thoughts down on the "paper" but sometimes feel the need to put up pictures and videos and all the jazz that goes along with it............and I know I can compete............am I the only one?

And I'm off
Ms.Bee and the whole damn fam are heading to Cape Cod today to visit Cape Cod Nana - with a special guest appearence from Meg! Meg and Bee will drink beer and wine and talk about Cape Cod Nana's crazy neighbors and Auntie Meg's crazy neighbors! Oh and let me not forget MY crazy neighbors! Does anyone see a pattern here?
Hopefully we will get to the beach later for some Mr.Sunshine - if not we'll pull out the hard stuff and cloud watch from the deck!
