I know - I know - I missed Thirsty Thursday...............again! Miss Bee was busy with Miss Meg from Designs by Meg taking care of "I can't walk Nana!" I'm sure you've all read that Nana hurt her foot and is layed up on Cape Cod with a swollen blue foot! We had much to do while there and Nana could really use a second pair of hands and another Dr! Clowns is all I will say!
On another note - Ms.Bee and family are getting ready to venture south ya'll! So starting Wednesday - I will be flying South to Orlando for a visit at Disney first - while there I hope to get a blog in on the adventures of Swiss Family Explosion! We will then head North to Pensacola to visit with family and I hope to blog more about the mess that's been made up in that area from BP. We will be visiting with my favorite brother and sister inlaw and blog a bit from their camp! There will be much to discuss you can be sure of that!
Here is my brother inlaw last week during a ride for the Vietnam Veteran's Wall somewhere in northern Flordia - He's really Sthrong! :)

He is the guy at the end of the video who says there is a really "sthrong secure feeling" - I think the heat got to him!
What-eva you say Uncle Nick - we'll see YA'LL next weekend! Prepare to qualify!

Thirsty Friday
Have you noticed my blog has been green for the last few days? That's because my Boston Celtic's are in the Championship against the dreaded Fakers whoops I mean Lakers! I removed Bossy's No Book Tour picture since her book tour is officially over AND....I didn't even get to visit with her because I was sick!
Check out Glen "Big Baby" Davis here last night - little drool going on there with ya Big Baby huh?
Do you know how much Boston fans despise LA fans? I contemplated putting up the F_ _ _Kobe banner but thought better - I don't want to offend anyone with my bad language!
I will just tell you that here in Boston - Kobe and company are basically hated - because here in Boston we don't pretend to "dislike" - we are passionate and therefore - hate! When I was a kid I used to watch Larry Bird, Keven McHale, Robert Parrish and company kick some Magic and Kurt Rambis butt - remember big Kurt with his goofy glasses? I had family in LA and still do - they're big Laker fans - they don't know any better - and I find most LA fans really don't know alot about the game - they just like the "show" of it all. It's all about being seen in LA!
So go Celtics - BEAT LA and beat 'em bad!
In other news I went to the Zoo the other day with 18 1st graders............I had to come home and have a drink! Oh my I SO have an appreciation for teachers!

Tuesday Rants
Beep Beep - This is the Emergency Broadcast System - If this were an actual emergency........STOP, Wait - THIS IS AN ACTUAL Emergency - Ms.Bee is out of booze - beer and wine! (well except for the stuff we don't like)! Excuse me while I run down the street for some beer and wine at least! Be right back..........
Ok - Ah - I'm back - fresh cold beer in hand.............now I can continue with my Tuesday rantings........
I'll start by saying I have been pretty faithful to my new gym membership and I'm feeling better - I feel more energized, alert, and better able to handle stress - which is a daily part of my life with the 3 boys! Ah - 2 boys and 1 grown up boy!
This morning I was watching The View and as usual wanted to reach into the TV and grab Elizabeth Hasselbeck by the throat - Lord that Beeot-ch bothers me! What the hell is wrong with her? They were discussing the oil crisis in the gulf and she was all over The President - what the hell does she expect him to do - wave a magic wand and make the oil stop flowing? Ah Hello Elizabeth - what did Ole' GW do when Katrina hit the gulf? Oh crap let's not go there - let's just say that no President is God - they can't fix disasters with the wave of a wand - you DIMwit - get off my TV!
I went to visit an old friend the other day who I grew up with. She's a sweetheart and her oldest son who is graduating this weekend was diagnosed recently with a brain tumor. Right after he was diagnosed she lost her Mom to cancer.
John is quite a kid, I am amazed by his courage and attitude - he was also voted Prom King the other night - how awesome is that! His prognosis is excellent but this summer is gonna suck for him - on the bright side I KNOW he and his parents are thankful that we live where we do and he can be treated at some of the best hospitals in the world! You go John!

Thirsty Thursday leads into thirsty long weekend
Miss Bee and company took to the highway for a little road trip over the long weekend........Went to visit with Mom and do a few things for her - we also had a special guest with us - Pat's girlfriend - Lindsey....
We took the kids to the beach..............and let Carson go for a swim!
We took the kids over to Martha's Vineyard and goofed around:
We watched the boats go in and out of the harbor - and had boat envy.......
And then we came back to my Mom's and watched the swans in the pond from her deck............
Last stop..............The National Cemetary in Bourne Ma to pay our respects to my Dad and all the Vets who served our country.........

Thirsty Thursday - Random thoughts and questions from the suburbs........
Happy Thursday everyone!
Today I have some random questions and thoughts for you.
Why do people think it's ok to shop for shoes in DSW and talk on the phone? "Oh Nancy you should see these cute little kitten heels - they are black with crap on them" "Nancy are you listening to me?" No lady she's not listening but I am so get the hell off the damn phone - go outside and talk!
We're traveling to Disney World the end of next month and then to Pensacola for a visit with my favorite brother inlaw - any Disney tips or warm weather tips are always appreciated!
What would you give to a recent High school graduate (that you hardly know) for a gift?
I have been busting my butt going to the gym for 3 weeks now - and I'm feeling pretty good!
Why are my kids such slobs? This morning I found stuck on popsicle juice on a table in the living room - and don't even get my started on the teenagers room!
Does BP have a clue about the oil rigs they operate? This oil gushing into the gulf is really bothering me - it's such a beautiful place..........
What are you doing for this upcoming long holiday weekend? Whatever you're doing - have fun and enjoy yourself!

Thirsty Thursday? Whoops it's Friday!
In case the whole world was looking for me yesterday (or not as probably is the case) - I was busy holding court with Mom and Meg while we did the rounds at a few games - Pat's Lacrosse and Matt's baseball. Had no chance to blog by the time we returned from baseball last night - it was time for homework and dinner and showers..................then it was time for BED!
So today we'll play thirsty Friday - even better! TGIF!
Today I'd like to tell you all about all about a little incident that happened at the lacrosse players school Wednesday. While I was home doing my thing late in the afternoon I received a recorded message from Mr.Principal saying there had been an incident at the school (food fight) the police were brought in and punishments were being handed down.
So because I'm a noseybitch, I called lacrosse boy and said "what's going on" - but lacrosse boy wasn't in the cafeteria during said food fight so he couldn't tell me much - what else is new?
So being the noseybitch gal that I am I called my friend Deb who is as nosey as I am! (You know you are Deb!) - and of course Deb just happened to have her Mr.Golf at home when she received the dreaded phone call - so she quized Mr.Golf and he gave her a little bit of information that she shared with me - Thank you Deb!
So this is what happened:
http://www1.whdh.com/news/articles/local/BO142610/
Now - I have heard that "Willie D" didn't do anything but film the incident - and the police made him delete the video - but confiscated his cell phone according to him...not sure why? This other kid - 20 years old and still in high school? Hello - ever here of a GED?
I'm wavering back and forth because I know alot of the kids are just plain punks who have ZERO respect for authority - I've seen it first hand myself. I've heard it from other parents, and although I complain about Lacrosse boy alot, he IS respectful to all.
On the other hand - the kids are all saying that the police used excessive force to take one kid down - and maced him unnecessarily?
So tell me what you think?
Enjoy your weekend!

Next on my list:
Now Ms.Bee should probably tell you that she has a healthy supply of hair products and loves to try new things - but this Hemp Mud (yes that's right Hemp) - is a must have at all times - it makes a bad hair day good!
Coming in at #3:
LOVE LOVE LOVE my bareMinerals powder foundation! Feels like you have nothing on and covers very well - can't leave home without it!
Next up:
My new favorite Yankee Candle - Dune Grass - smells heavenly!
Rounding out the list are my new flip flops:
Ms.Bee should probably say that Ms.Foot Doctor has told me these are a NO-NO - I had new orthotics cast today to the tune of $400.00 - Ms.Foot Doctor told me these are not to be worn unless I am sitting! Since that never happens might as well kiss these goodbye for now.........Ms.Bee is going to miss her flip flops!
