Bored

OK - I admit it - I'm bored with the whole blogging thing - Maybe I have ADD and don't feel like blogging?  Maybe I'm too tired?  Too Lazy?  But lately - I just don't feel like blogging..............I find it WORK!  I also don't feel like I can attract many people................while I love the friends that do comment - I sometimes feel that they are doing it out of sympathy...............I LOVE reading other blogs - but sometimes just feel like the blogging part is too much work?  I love putting thoughts down on the "paper" but sometimes feel the need to put up pictures and videos and all the jazz that goes along with it............and I know I can compete............am I the only one?

  1. It definitely can be work. I'd say only do it if you look forward to it (like anything). When you are starting to dread it, time to take a break or quit!!! Maybe just focus on FB for awhile?

  2. It's a labor of love (as you well know!) I did it for over a year before I got people other than you and Mom! PS. You might just be like Sally Field and people really like you?

  4. Oh, otherwise, it would be a pretty good idea to keep on blogging.

  5. I was LOL with Ron's comment. I do, however, smell what you're stepping in.... hahaha. It can be a task sometimes. I love your commentaries. :D

  6. Ronbo! I have had alot of those symptoms!

I just feel like I have nothing to add.....my life seems to revolve around my husband and kids (and that is not a bad thing) - however I wanted my blog to be more than just another "Mom" blog writing around her kids and family....I love including them in some of my stories - but obviously need something more in my life - because when I get to my laptop to write - my head goes blank.........what am I going to write about? The fight I broke up yesterday over one jumping on the others bad? What I am NOT cooking for dinner? How my kids just keep adding to the trash in the bathroom to the point it overflows on the floor? Yet nobody picks it up and thinks to empty it? You see where I am going with this? Yeah, I thought so!
